Globally more men are affected by prostate cancer than women are by breast cancer. Each year, one in nine men develop prostate cancer, and close to 500,000 men will die from the disease.

I participated in this global awareness and fund-raising event on Sunday, September 28, 2014 for the first time, here in Chicago.

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride combines the love of riding and motorcycles with raising awareness about prostate cancer.
I signed up with the hope of raising $1,000 personally toward the goal of $1M worldwide. I raised $300… oh well. Thanks to John and Steve for supporting me in this!
