I had the privilege of participating in the 2014 Chicagoland Toys for Tots motorcycle ride and parade on Sunday, December 7, 2014. along with an estimated 40,000 other motorcyclists.

Just a few of the 40,000 bikes at the Chicagoland Toys for Tots Parade.

I decided to meet my buddy Dan at Motoworks Chicago before heading south on Western Ave to the event staging area. While at Motoworks, I met a group of motorcyclists from the Chicago Dual Sport Riders Club (http://www.meetup.com/Chicago-dual-sport/), and discovered two of them were my neighbors!

My Bonneville riding buddy, Dan.

Here’s the point of the whole thing!

My donated toy was a scale model of the 2010 Roush 427R Ford Mustang, sure to make some little boy really happy!
