Well, I am stopping by Motoworks Chicago on my way home today to pickup a couple 140 main jets. I plan to install them tonight and see if they improve the not so good current performance using 135’s.
I should receive the idle adjusting D Tool and replacement idle jets tomorrow from New Bonneville, but won’t be able to install them until the weekend.

I did replace the stock Idle Mixture screws with the new ones from New Bonneville, using my new D Tool from the same source. The 140 main jets made a big difference. Over the past week I have been fine tuning the idle mix thumb screws and have arrived at 2-7/8 turns out, rather than 2.5 turns out as recommended by British Customs.
